Planning aid only
PackFlow results are planning estimates unless a page explicitly describes a conversion as exact arithmetic. Real-world results can differ because of measurement error, packaging deformation, tolerances, pallet construction, load securing, handling clearance, weight distribution, carrier rules, and equipment variation.
Verify external specifications
Always verify current carrier divisors, payload limits, container dimensions, pallet requirements, machine limits, material specifications, and applicable laws with the source responsible for them.
Roll calculations
Roll geometry is theoretical. Effective wound thickness may differ from nominal thickness due to compression, adhesive, coatings, tension, air gaps, and material stretch.
Container and pallet calculations
PackFlow V1 uses transparent orthogonal packing models. It is not a certified 3D load optimizer and does not validate stability, center of gravity, floor loading, axle limits, dangerous-goods segregation, or lashing requirements.
