Dimensional weight formula
Carriers may charge by volumetric or dimensional weight when a package occupies more space than its actual mass would suggest. The billable weight is typically the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight.
Metric DIM weight = L(cm) × W(cm) × H(cm) ÷ divisor
Carrier rules vary
Divisors, rounding, minimums, and service rules can change by carrier, product, contract, origin, and destination. Treat the presets as common reference values only and enter the divisor from your current carrier tariff for billing decisions.
